Weight loss win
BioCeuticals, which is owned by Blackmores, also won the Customer Satisfaction award in the weight loss category at this year’s Canstar Blue Awards for its IsoWhey products.
Voted by consumers, IsoWhey scored the highest against ten other companies and was the only brand to receive five stars in four criteria, Effectiveness, Hunger Suppression, Taste, and Variety.
Arina Pogossian, head of marketing at IsoWhey, said: “This win is terrific recognition from our valued customers in what we know is a highly competitive category. It’s testament to our dedicated team, our focus on innovation, and our commitment to enabling Australians to live healthier lives.”
Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings business, which was launched in July 2010 with the core purpose of helping consumers make better purchase decisions.
The research, conducted by Colmar Brunton, surveyed approximately 6,000 Australian consumers across a range of categories to measure and track customer satisfaction.
IsoWhey is sold in more than 3,000 pharmacies and health food stores across the country.
