Fonterra has launched its first brand of cultured milk drinks branded Nurture in Singapore.
The new line is part of the dairy giant's strategy in driving innovation around its dairy products, with South East Asia a region of interest.

Human milk oligosaccharide (HMO) is one of the hottest and most commonly seen ingredients in Vietnam’s infant formula products these days, according to Vietnam homegrown firm Vinamilk and Hong Kong-headquarted Health & Happiness Group (H&H Group).

German-based Mom’s Garden, for example, has developed Prenatal Bird’s Nest DHA – a chewable soft gel containing algal oil DHA and sialic acid from edible bird’s nest. The product is currently sold in China.
