Singapore’s probiotic beer brand OMG! believes that its creations could spur further innovation in the functional alcoholic beverages space.

Targeted at health-conscious drinkers, craft beer enthusiasts, and young consumers looking for functional beverages, its probiotic beer is made using advanced fermentation techniques and micro-encapsulation of probiotic strains to ensure a minimum of 1 billion colony forming units (CFUs) per bottle.

Its products are now launched on OMG!’s official online store and direct sales channel on WhatsApp, and e-commerce channels Shopee and Lazada in Singapore.

Kirin, Blackmores’ first immune health supplement debuts in Taiwan

Kirin and its subsidiary Blackmores have launched their first collaborative product in Taiwan.

Sold under the Blackmores banner, the product contains Kirin’s flagship immune care postbiotic ingredient LC-plasma.

Immune care is at the core of Kirin’s health science business strategy, and the launch will help the duo test out market response and collect consumer insights for future R&D.

EZZ to make US debut with products for gut, women’s health and sports

Australia-headquartered EZZ, which is currently heavily reliant on the China market, will make its US debut with four products for gut, women’s health, and sports.

So far, 11 of its products are already registered with the US FDA.

Its US entry will be a digital and influencer-driven one, as it seeks to replicate its current strategy in China, where Douyin - China’s version of TikTok, is a major distribution channel for the firm.

MuscleBlaze to ramp up global business as protein invention secures US patent

MuscleBlaze, one of India’s whey protein and sports nutrition market leaders, has secured an invention patent from the US, which it believes will help propel its international expansion.

The patent pertains to the invention of a blend of proteolytic enzymes that was also awarded with an Indian patent earlier on.

The brand is already present in markets such as Singapore and Saudi Arabia, but it believes that the US invention patent would better support its global expansion.
