The use of dietary supplements is often met with scepticism from the western medicine fraternity, so what can the industry do to overcome this?

Dr Corish said that the improvements in the scientific evidence and production standards of dietary supplements over the years has pushed ‘the natural foods, dietary supplements industry, and natural treatments into the radar.’

Dr Walker added that dietary supplements were relevant for health maintenance, however, the effects can only be seen in the long run as shown in an over 30 year-long Harvard study.
